Even though there may be parts of traveling that can be challenging, difficult or stressful, getting a car hire is not one of them. In preparation for a recent to trip to Dallas, I needed to rent a vehicle, and the process honestly could not have gone anymore smoothly.

Since I knew ahead of time that I would need a car hire in Dallas, I didn’t see any reason to wait until I arrived to track down a vehicle. Instead, I got online about a month before I was heading to Dallas. For this particular car rental, I ended up using Orbitz, although I have used several other price comparison websites in the past and not encountered any problems. I entered the dates that I was going to be in Dallas, along with the type of car that I needed (since I was taking my kids, I decided a SUV would be the best choice). When the list of results was returned to me, I was surprised at how low the prices were, and since they all looked equally good, I simply selected the one with the lowest price and made my reservation. When I arrived in Dallas, my car hire was waiting for me, and it ran perfectly for the entire length of my trip.
